Tested independently.
Documented per batch.
Kirin does not self-certify. Every lot is submitted to an accredited third-party laboratory for identity, purity, and endotoxin analysis — and the results follow the product all the way to your bench.

From intake to release
Intake
Compounds are received and checked against identity specifications before a lot is opened for release testing.
Analysis
Samples are drawn and submitted to an accredited third-party laboratory for HPLC, mass spectrometry, and endotoxin testing.
Review
Results are reviewed against release specifications. Any lot that fails a parameter is rejected — never shipped.
Release
A signed Certificate of Analysis is issued, linked to the batch, and archived in the COA Library.
What we measure
High-performance liquid chromatography
A single dominant peak with quantified area confirms purity against specification. Impurity peaks are integrated and reported.
Mass spectrometry
The observed molecular mass is matched to the theoretical value to confirm the compound is what the label says it is.
RP-HPLC purity
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography quantifies purity against the labeled specification for every lot.
ESI mass spectrometry
Electrospray-ionization MS confirms molecular mass and compound identity, detecting deviations from expected structure.
Endotoxin (LAL)
Limulus amebocyte lysate assay screens each lot to a < 0.5 EU/mg threshold for sensitive applications.
Karl Fischer water
Residual water content is measured to ensure lyophilization quality and stability on storage.
The bar every lot must clear
| Parameter | Method | Specification |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Visual | White to off-white powder |
| Identity | ESI-MS | Conforms to theoretical mass |
| Purity | RP-HPLC | ≥ 98.0% |
| Net peptide content | HPLC / nitrogen | ≥ 80% |
| Water content | Karl Fischer | ≤ 8.0% |
| Acetate content | HPLC | ≤ 15% |
| Endotoxin | LAL | < 0.5 EU/mg |

We test so you don’t have to take our word for it.
Every certificate is tied to the exact lot you received. Look up any batch number to read its results — or request the signed PDF for your records.
